Verne sits in with the Stones at Madison Square Garden. Verne joined the tour to help Mick and the boys through the American leg of their World Tour after Bill Wyman became ill from some questionable mushrooms. Verne’s stay in the band is short though, mostly due to Keith’s refusal to cover Doors tunes.
